I was the fittest man in The Netherlands(2018), winner of the CrossFit Open, while being vegan. CrossFit has a huge impact on my life.
Before, I just wanted to be the best because I didn’t like to lose. But when I started doing CrossFit I didn’t only want to improve myself, but also inspire and motivate others and show them how a plant based diet can improve your performances.
Through personal training sessions I’m coaching people to improve their quality of life, while at the same time showing them a different way of life, one better for the environment. I’ve got a higher purpose now.
My advice is to do your own research, ask yourself whether we are build to eat meat. The more knowledge you got, the easier it is to make the transition.
In the meanwhile, I’ll be a living example of what a plant based diet can mean for you.
