My #definemoment was about 2 years ago when I reached my lowest point due to Anorexia. I knew something had to change, because otherwise I wouldn’t survive.
I started keeping a gratitude journal and forced myself to think and see something positive every day. With a little help and acquaintances I started to develop myself and realize about what a positive mindset can do to you. Not only did my negative thoughts decrease, also the destructive behaviour decreased.
Eva came back to life. 1,5 year ago I could say that I finally healed. Now positivity and personal growth are a habit in my life. By sharing my story I hope to inspire others and to make you think. You have so much more strength inside of you! Become in love with life and celebrate every little step that you take.
